Job Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition
Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting progress, including resume screening, interview arrangements, and preliminary interviews to meet the team's talent needs.
Maintain recruitment channels to ensure recruitment progress smoothly.
Organizational planning
Formulate and optimize local management systems according to company strategies and policies.
Provide guidance and input on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
Employer-employee relations
Organize team-building activities to build up morale and positive relationships to enhance employee job satisfaction.
Handle internal communications channels to increase team productivity and initiatives for employees effectively
Administration and Data Analysis
Maintain and provide accurate employee attendance records reports, including timesheets, and leave requests timely.
Manage visa and work/residence permit processes, including document preparation, application, renewal, and cancellation for employees.
Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
3+ years of progressively responsible HR management.
Familiar with Italian labor law s and regulations, with strong system construction and optimization capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and gel the team together.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
A fast learner with a high sense of responsibility and a detail-oriented work attitude.
Language:
Fluent in Italian and English and proficient in Mandarin(oral) is a must.
Having work experience in a multinational / foreign-based company is preferable.
