Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in the industrial field and, above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:
• Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
• Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support clients from all sectors worldwide.
Your missions:
* Implement and optimize Order Management System (OMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) solutions tailored to client needs.
* Conduct business analysis and provide functional expertise to enhance supply chain processes.
* Lead the successful implementation of OMS/TMS platforms, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OMS/TMS with existing legacy systems (ERPs) without disruptions.
* Apply functional knowledge of supply chain flows, particularly in eCommerce and retail, to optimize system implementations.
* Provide technical guidance and training to client teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including IT Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and external partners.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes for the performance and efficiency of the OMS/TMS platform.
Your profile:
* Experience in business analysis/functional expertise in Supply Chain, OMS, TMS, WMS, or a relevant/related functional area.
* Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodology.
* Strong business analysis and analytical thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Expertise in OMS platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, or Microsoft D365 IOM.
* Knowledge of integration with ERP systems, POS systems, and eCommerce platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with technical and business teams.
* Experience working in a global environment and managing virtual teams is a plus.
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related).
* Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our clients.
