Position You will play a key role in developing sophisticated forecasting models, driving service and operation processes, and delivering actionable supply chain analytics. Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning & Forecasting Analyze and refine demand forecasts, ensuring synchronization with sales projections and production capacity Convert forecasts into material requirements, ensuring correct BOM tracking and material codes Develop and monitor key KPIs to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive improvements Work with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to align forecasts with business priorities Actively contribute to Service and Operations discussions, providing insights into demand trends, risks, and opportunities Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities with feasibility analysis and supply chain impact assessments Support automation initiatives and process improvements in demand planning Identify bottlenecks in forecasting processes and suggest improvements Assess risks in supply chain demand planning and propose mitigation strategies Monitor warehouse inventory levels and ensure optimal stock allocation Define and maintain safety stock strategies, considering demand fluctuations and critical part availability Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to mitigate risks of stockouts or excess inventory Requirements Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management Engineering), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Informatics Science/Computer Science/Data Science 2-3 years of experience in forecasting or supply chain analytics Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems (SAPS/4Hana) Experience in consulting or a structured industrial environment is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively Fluency in English and Italian Other Information This announcement is addressed to candidates of both genders in accordance with the law (L. 903/77 ) J-18808-Ljbffr
