Who is the talent we need We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Sales Team, reporting to the Retail Manager. Location The person could be based in Milan with bi-weekly visits to HQ in Dolo (VE) or could be based in Dolo (VE). Flexibility to travel up to 20-30% of the time for frequent store visits. How you will contribute Analyse store sales performance, monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the success of retail strategies; Support store management teams in achieving sales targets and providing training on products and operational best practices; Develop, refine, and standardize store operational processes, including stock management, selling ceremony, customer experience, visual merchandising, team incentives strategies, and other procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations to deliver exceptional customer experiences; Manage orders and optimize stock management and internal logistics processes; Coordinate with internal departments to enhance in-store operations; Oversee implementation and maintenance of retail tools and software; Execute the planning of new store openings by overseeing pre-opening and post-opening phases; Support the Retail Manager in the rollout of actions and projects on the retail channel and manage relationships with business partners; Make regular store visits and daily reporting to understand the needs of the sales force and customers; Support in the staff recruiting process and follow up with Store Managers on employee performance; Act as a bridge between stores and headquarters departments ensuring retail needs are clearly communicated and prioritized; We are looking for someone with: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Deep knowledge of the retail sector Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (tested during the recruitment process) Proficient knowledge of Excel (tested during the recruitment process) Preferable previous experience in managing more than 10 stores worldwide Excellent organizational and project management skills What we offer: Full-time, permanent contract Onboarding, training, and professional growth Exclusive access to Autry collection Company Restaurant “Osteria Autry” in our HQ Villa with professional and passionate chefs offering extraordinary high quality healthy bio food Free fresh bio fruit, coffee, and water Company health insurance Additional injury insurance Why work with us?
