Job Description: Digital Marketing, Sales, & Administrative Assistant Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing, Sales, & Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support
* Social Media Management: Assist in developing, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to build brand presence and engagement.
* Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
* Campaign Coordination: Support digital campaigns from setup to launch, including social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
* SEO & SEM Support: Conduct keyword research and support SEO efforts through on-page optimization and website updates. Assist in SEM campaigns, including managing and optimizing Google Ads.
* Email Marketing: Help create and distribute email campaigns, segment email lists, and optimize email content to increase engagement and drive conversions.
Sales Support
* Lead Generation and Outreach: Assist in identifying potential leads through digital channels and initiate outreach efforts to generate interest in our products and services.
* Sales Material Preparation: Support the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and customized proposals to ensure effective communication of our offerings.
* CRM and Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM with client and lead information, ensuring data accuracy and aiding the Sales team in tracking progress and follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams to nurture leads and support the sales process through email and phone communications, promoting a positive customer experience.
* Sales Reporting: Collaborate with the Sales team to track, analyze, and report on sales performance, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Daily Departmental Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and maintaining departmental communications.
* Database and Documentation Management: Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records with financial, statistical, and non-financial information relevant to marketing and sales activities.
* Event and Campaign Coordination: Assist with planning and logistics for events, promotional activities, and webinars, supporting both marketing exposure and lead generation efforts.
* Client and Team Communication: Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, client needs, and campaign objectives.
* Inventory and Supplies Management: Ensure the availability of marketing and sales materials by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
Requirements and Skills
* Proven experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, CRM software, and social media platforms.
* Familiarity with MS Office and marketing software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights to enhance campaign performance and sales strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
