Mission We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead operations, manage client relationships, and effectively handle escalations. This key role requires deep expertise in supply chain processes, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to delivering results. How your contribution will make a difference Lead Teams: Guide and support teams to achieve operational excellence, ensuring effective collaboration and fostering a high-performance culture. Manage Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, delivering solutions, and building lasting relationships. Resolve Challenges and Drive Operational Challenge: Quickly and effectively resolve escalations, implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues. Leverage Data & Analytics: Manage end-to-end planning cycles, utilizing tools such as SAS, Python, and Power BI to drive data-informed decisions. Lead Head the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Requirements to join the Experis team: Experience : 5 years in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership or escalation-focused role in the automotive sector (preferred). Technical Expertise : Proficiency in supply chain systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced problem-solving skills. Skills : Exceptional communication, client management, and analytical abilities.
