Your Role and Responsibilities
This position supports the Global Marketing Manager in driving innovative marketing initiatives for our collaborative robot (cobot) product line. The traineeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment, perfect for someone eager to develop skills in content creation, campaign management, and sales enablement.
Main Accountabilities:
* Creating Engaging Content: Planning, creating, and distributing engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This includes developing articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts tailored to target audiences.
* Designing Sales Collateral: Collaborating in designing and updating marketing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and brochures, ensuring all sales collateral aligns with the brand's messaging and quality standards.
* Managing Collaborative Marketing Space: Organizing and maintaining our collaborative marketing space (Showpad), ensuring content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and relevant for internal stakeholders.
* Executing Lead Generation Campaigns: Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of global lead generation campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize results.
* Collaborating on Co-Marketing Activities: Working with key partners on joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content development, ensuring alignment of messaging and branding with partner organizations to maximize impact.
Qualifications
* A recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation principles.
* A highly organized individual with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative in diverse marketing tasks.
