WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN OMNICHANNEL PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM The primary goal of this role is to drive omnichannel projects and to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE? Manage omnichannel projects, ensuring seamless integration across multiple touchpoints (Retail Media, digital, social, eCommerce, in-store, loyalty programs). Coordinate cross-functional teams, including suppliers, technology partners, media planners and creative teams. Monitor execution and report KPI, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for clients. Monitor industry trends and innovations to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages. WHO ARE YOU? You are passionate about digital and e-commerce and you are customer oriented. You have 2 years of experience in similar roles. You have a deep understanding of shopper journey and omnichannel strategies, with a focus on social media, digital advertising, shopper engagement, brand experience. You have a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring organization, attention to detail, and budget control. You have experience with analytics and AdTech tools (e.g. Google Analytics). You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluency required). You have a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
