Finalità della posizione
Gewiss is looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager. The candidate will join a young and dynamic team and she/he will have the opportunity to be part of a multinational and structured context. The figure will operate within the Commercial Excellence department and his/her activities will be:
1. Grant the realisation of all proper tools & actions to sustain the Channels performance in all markets, in cooperation with the Channel Managers, defining the most proper ones gathering inputs from Markets & Business Units;
2. Maintain a constant exchange with Marketing & Trade Marketing Teams in the Markets, in order to favour for best practices sharing and processes harmonization;
3. Support the Business Units and Markets, cooperating with the Strategic Marketing, in defining the Go to Market by channel for the products/services/solutions launches within the company roadmap;
4. Managing the Corporate Trade Marketing budget: definition, revision, monitoring of expenses of HQ and coordination on Trade Marketing expenses of the markets;
5. Support the Channel Managers in identifying new business development opportunities, based on performance analysis and new trends discovery.
Requisiti
6. Degree (1st or 2nd level) in Economics/Marketing or Communication Sciences;
7. Previous experience in Trade Marketing roles, preferably in structured multinational companies (at least 3 years);
8. Excellence knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
9. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
10. Ability to organize time, manage priorities, be proactive;
