Your Role
We are looking for a Hospitality & Guest Services Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena. In this role, you will take care of guests before and during their visit at the Technogym Village.
On top of welcoming guests and dealing with their everyday inquiries, you will manage general information and oversee the flow of guests arriving/departing the Campus according to the given agenda. You will be tasked with organizing hospitality services in meeting rooms for guests and board management members, such as meals, catering services, and bookings for transportation and accommodation.
Your Impact
* Coordinate and control the flow of guests inside Technogym Village, answer their queries and direct them to the appropriate departments/personnel.
* Receive guests, visitors, and candidates attending interviews and coordinate the operative tasks with the relevant host or person-in-charge.
* Serve food and beverages for guests and VIP members during meetings and events.
* Support the team during company events and workshops.
* Maintain housekeeping in hospitality areas and meeting rooms.
* Manage and arrange all daily dispatch requests from internal staff and consolidate monthly dispatch records for the admin manager.
* Upload welcome notes, corporate videos, and other information onto LCD TVs as required.
* Register and supervise security items such as guest passes or customer registrations at the reception desk.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also being down-to-earth and ethical. You are sociable, cordial, and possess excellent communication skills.
What you should bring:
* Diploma or Degree in Humanities, Economics, or similar fields.
* Experience as a receptionist/front desk representative.
* English fluency (minimum level C1 CEFR); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Customer-oriented attitude with professional behavior.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time independently.
* Ability to proactively and resourcefully deal with issues as they arise.
* Plan and manage workload and scheduling of various activities.
* Team-oriented, supporting colleagues, and flexible in timing.
* Oriented towards providing excellence in customer services.
* Adaptability and attention to detail, with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
