Competitive salary and benefits package. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Managing calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules across multiple time zones. Organizing meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups are handled. Arranging complex travel itineraries including flight booking, hotels and working with 3rd party vendors for support for country documents requirement. Managing expense claims in the internal system (Concur). Handling sensitive communications with discretion. Supporting leadership with reports, presentations, and organizational documents. Coordinating logistics for internal and external events. Improving processes (like meeting agenda and follow up actions, travel and holidays plan) and enhance efficiency where possible. Working with internal communication and social media, preparing draft communication and helping to manage social media account (Mainly LinkedIn). Collaborating with the executive assistant community fostering collaboration mindset. Key Skills And Experience Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Office 365, MS Teams, Concur, and similar tools. Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
