With operations in nearly 20 European markets, they aim to provide clients with reliable and advanced solutions for everyday life.
To support this growth, our Client is seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement sales strategies for their brands in key export markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for Company brands in designated markets (Germany/Italy/Benelux/Spain), encompassing both stationary and e-commerce channels.
* Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, fostering a positive image of the Company.
* Pursue successful contract negotiations and cooperation conditions with external partners from the market.
* Analyze competition, market trends, and customer needs to create effective solutions.
* Achieve sales and business development goals.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and a robust network of contacts.
* Experience in expanding both stationary and online sales channels.
* Background in children's products/electronics industry.
* Strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Developed analytical skills.
* Excellent English fluency in speaking and writing (Polish not required; additional languages are a plus).
