OT Cyber Security Specialist As a fundamental support to the Manager in the management of the security of IT and industrial systems, the Cybersecurity Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing and mitigating vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining high levels of operational security. The position requires in-depth technical skills, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Main Activities & Responsibilities: Following the Manager's guidelines, and demonstrating the ability to work independently, the Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for the following main activities: Threat Modeling and Vulnerability Assessment: Identify and analyze potential vulnerabilities in industrial systems and implement mitigation strategies. Secure Communications Management: Ensure the correct use of secure communication protocols within industrial environments. Standards Compliance: Enforce and ensure compliance with ISA99/IEC 62443 standards for industrial safety and IEC 61508 for functional safety. Incident Management: Coordinate and support the response to security incidents to minimize operational risks. Drafting Technical Reports: Creating documentation for monitoring and reviewing security activities. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of threat modeling and vulnerability assessment. Experience in the use and implementation of secure communication protocols. Expertise in ISA99/IEC 62443 and IEC 61508 standards. Transversal Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both for technical and non-technical interlocutors. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure. Attitudes: Proactivity in identifying risks and mitigating them.
