We are looking for our next colleague to join us as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a 6 months contract, bringing energy and strong focus on results. Being part of our international recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to work together with our hiring managers to recruit IT professionals for customers across EMEA in multiple countries (such as Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and other countries).
Job Responsibilities:
* Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, such as Stepstone, Linkedin, Indeed and other local platforms;
* Work together with recruiters and hiring managers to hire key talents;
* Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
* Conduct interviews using various selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
* Drafts and sends out recruiting messages to potential candidates;
* Promotes our Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms;
* Source for new recruitment channels and ways of identifying new candidates;
* Creating talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Job Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Italian, French is nice to have.
* Previous experience in recruitment is a very nice-to-have. Strong desire to learn and grow in HR/recruitment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of roles and departments;
* A great networker, having out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite;
