Job Description
1. Collaborate with local teams on the organization of trade shows and events
2. Support communication and alignment with associations
3. Brochure reprints
4. Stock marketing material (order processing, organization of re-orders, preparation of shipments)
5. Support and organize event logistics including hotel accommodations (for major events), food and beverage service, meeting room setup, etc.;
6. Back office support to events with Handling event billing, payment of invoices, and financial closure;
7. support in updating the Company Website and coordination with other internal departments
8. supporting internally for e-mail campaigns, and marketing automation (HubSpot)
9. support to digital & in-person events organization
10. coordinate with Event Manager & Digital Manager
Qualifications
11. Fluent English
12. Strong organizing skills
13. Good communicator
14. Hands-on mentality
15. Internationally oriented
16. Good anallytical skills;
17. Excellent database management and software skills
18. Willingness to learn and support the development of processes for the area
19. Ongoing or completed University degree (business administration, communication or similar)
