The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager on project lifecycle such as estimation, planning and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals are met or exceeded, according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. He/She supports the Project Manager to manage the project team, as well as leading the project team to meet monthly objectives set by the Senior Project Manager and Business Unit.
Management of the Project Team, focusing on Safety, Quality, Costs and On Time Delivery
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in leading the cross-functional project team to successfully complete the project. With the support of the project team, the Project Manager is responsible for executing the strategy identified by the Senior Project Manager for profitable execution; he/she is responsible for meeting the targets defined by the Senior Project Manager and monitors the performance of the team to achieve the project goals, proposing changes/improvements when necessary.
Control and Management of Project Costs, Risks & Opportunities
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager on estimations before order acquisition and controlling the project costs ensuring completion within the assigned budget. He/She is responsible for monitoring and expediting daily/monthly project progress, meeting the project objectives set by the Senior Project Manager. He/She is also responsible for monitoring contingencies based on assessed Risks & Opportunities prepared together with the Senior Project Manager.
Additionally, he/she supports the Senior Project Manager to assess scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures ensuring cost and schedule impacts recognition.
Control and Management of the Project Schedule
The Project Manager is responsible for the daily/monthly development and control of the project schedule to ensure the forecasted project progress and objectives set with the Senior Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for gathering all department inputs to develop a reliable project schedule with Planner support, managing critical path, float, and resource loads.

* Engineering Degree – optional MBA
* Previous experience in the same role within a manufacturing environment will be considered a plus
