Pininfarina, a prestigious multinational group, market leader in Style services in the Automotive, Industrial Design & Architecture sector, selects, for its headquarters in Cambiano, Turin, the following profile:
Assistant to CEO and to SVP BU Architecture & Product Design.
Key figure in the company organization who will work in direct contact with the CEO and SVP BU Architecture & Product Design. The profile sought is an enthusiastic, enterprising and challenge-loving young person who is looking for a dynamic experience with a broad international scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate, support and liaise with high-level managers in the business organization
* Support Business Development activities
* Actively support the CEO and SVP BU Architecture & Product Design in planning and organizing meetings, events and visits
* Draft reporting at all levels
* Prepare communication materials and assist in institutional and business meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
* Master's degree in Economics / Engineering / Management
* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
* Fluent knowledge of the English language
* At least 3 years of experience in multinational companies and/or strategic consulting firms
* Strong skills in economic/financial data analysis and synthesis, accuracy and attention to detail
* Independent use of Office package (Microsoft, Excel and Powerpoint)

* Aptitude for teamwork, autonomy, stress and conflict management

* Ability to present business/financial documents
* Previous experience in the automotive and/or luxury industry
