Job Description
Company: Synergie Italia spa, branch of Melegnano, is seeking candidates for a leading company in the production of building chemical products located in Mediglia (MI).
Position: Production Workers
Location: Mediglia (MI)
The ideal candidate will have experience in production environments, preferably industrial, and will be responsible for loading and unloading the production line, end-of-line activities, packaging, and finishing of finished products.
Position Details
* Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
* Insertion at level E4 of the CCNL chemical sector.
* Work shifts (6-14, 14-22, 22-6) with potential overtime.
* Loading and unloading materials along the production line.
* Packaging and finishing of products at the end of the line.
* Support in managing production operations to ensure line efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience in industrial environments.
* Good manual skills and ability to work in a team.
* Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
* Precision and attention to detail.
* Ability to work dynamically and manage time effectively.
* Preferably, valid forklift license and experience with front or reach forklifts, but not mandatory.
