In this critical role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, managing inquiries related to various banking services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your fluency in Italian will be instrumental in delivering personalized assistance and building rapport with our customers.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in Italian via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, responding to banking-related inquiries.
* Guide users through account management, transaction processes, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
* Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
* Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure effective solutions.
* Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in customer support, especially in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
