Share on social mediaCompany DescriptionAnsaldo Nucleare provides tailored design and engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning, on-site installation and integrated logistics services for all market segments in which it operates: New Builds, Fusion, Plant Operation Assistance, Decommissioning and Waste Management.PositionAs part of the Legal Contract Management structure, the resource will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and management of the company's contracts throughout their contractual life, specifically dealing with:Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and administration, in a way that is beneficial and fair to all the parties involved.Ensure that the contract is enforced in adherence with its terms and conditions, obligations, timelines and in compliance with the company’s and client’s policies and regulations.Educate the stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions stipulated in the contract.Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard the company’s interests, ensure that any changes are managed properly to avoid disputes and cost overruns.Proactively address claims by assessing their validity and preparing supporting documentation. Negotiate claims to achieve timely and equitable resolutions that protect the company's interests and maintain stakeholder relationships.Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution and advice whenever a situation arises.Establish a contract management system to regulate the contract management workflow, provide reports and documentation on the contract performance, maintain contractual records.Work in a contract administrative role and ensure that the paperwork is drafted and implemented as per contractual and company requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, engineering or a similar discipline.Prior experience working as a contract manager or a related job role.Contract drafting and negotiation skills.Understanding of legal terminology and concepts.Accuracy and high attention to detail.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Communication and relationship management.Ability to multi-task and work independently.
