ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING COORDINATOR We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Commissioning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Works Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departments. Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule. Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations. Commissioning Planning: Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and scheduling. Vendor Coordination: Review vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion. Progress Reporting: Issue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibility. Maintenance Planning: Contribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logistics. Maintenance Execution: Oversee preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities through your team. Work Order Approval: Approve work orders according to the Permit to Work procedure to enable scheduled works. Electrical Isolation Control: Ensure the correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking register. Personnel Development: Lead and train your team, identifying and addressing any training gaps. Maintenance Optimization: Optimize the maintenance plan, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedback. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Place of Work: Milano, Asia and Europe Duration: 2 years Availability: ASAP J-18808-Ljbffr
