Position summary
We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers focused on specific product categories. Your mission? Make sure our clients achieve strong results with their campaigns and keep growing with us.
What You’ll Do
Customer Retention & Growth:
Own the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, retention and ultimately revenue growth in liaise with the sales team.
Campaign Performance:
Monitor ADV campaign results, identify areas of improvement and proactively suggest optimizations.
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to shape campaign calendars and editorial plans that align with customer goals.
Customer advocacy:
Collaborate with the Tech team to troubleshoot issues and contribute to product roadmap evolution.
Insights & Reporting:
Prepare regular performance reports and insights to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, digital marketing, account management, or similar roles.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal skills—you know how to build relationships and instill trust.
Comfortable working across multiple teams (sales, product, tech).
Native in Italian, fluent in English (written and spoken).
Highly proficient with google and microsoft office suites. Comfortable with MySQL would be a plus.
Bonus:
familiarity with digital ADV campaigns, retail/eCommerce environments or MarTech tools.
