Flight Operation Efficiency and Sustainability Officer
The Efficiency & Sustainability Officer leads sustainability initiatives across flight operations, focusing on reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency.
Main Functions:
* Monitor and analyse flight data and performance metrics to identify areas for improving fleet’s fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into operations, enhancing flight planning and operational efficiency.
* Prepare sustainability reports and track progress.
* Develop and implement sustainable aviation initiatives in the ATM domain.
* Monitor and report on the evolution of the environmental regulatory framework.
* Lead sustainability projects and supervise the Sustainability Pilots.
Requirements:
* High School Degree in Aeronautics (Bachelor Degree may represent a plus), or holder of an aeronautical license (e.g., Pilot, Flight Dispatch).
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Familiarity with other software may represent a plus).
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in aviation.
* Ability to manage sustainability projects and analyze efficiency metrics.
