Senior Specialist Trade Marketing Motorcycle

Primary Purpose of the Position
As a key pillar of the Motorcycle strategy, the Trade Marketing Manager is a strategic position in the dynamic and exciting Motorcycle business. The main purpose of this role is to focus on the trade activation of the marketing plan. The TMM will aim to strengthen the Brand projects in the market and facilitate the link between Countries and Region (in a new central marketing approach and structure) in order to deliver the given business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Activation: Develop current Retail Programs in terms of key marketing support and ensure its implementation at Country level. Manage sell-out promotion or end-user activities to grow in the Retail Channel.
2. Motorsport Activation: Leverage current/future Motorsport sponsorships by coordinating European Countries and supporting the marketing department in using the valuable Motorsport content, from action design to execution.
3. Event Execution and Monitoring: Manage event & brand activation projects from strategy to execution. Ensure each event detail is optimized without reducing brand consistency and risking timely delivery.
4. Digital Marketing: Supervise and monitor digital marketing plan execution, from website to social media in collaboration with third parties. Monitor and review key metrics (SEO, total visits, new sessions, bounce rate, conversion) as well as social media metrics (reach, engagement).
5. Budget: Ensure efficiency of event-related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation. Maximize event ROI without jeopardizing quality of output.
6. PR Management: Coordinate PR activities.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing positions.
Knowledge & Skills:
Marketing, Motorcycle industry, Digital marketing, Communication, Flexibility, open to continuous interaction, result-oriented, presenting, writing and editing, digital planning, event planning, ability to work in virtual teams, excellent English, ability to learn, develop and grow within the function.
