Purpose of the Job
The Field Technical Engineer (CRM) plays a crucial role in promoting Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management product lines by providing professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel across Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to the sales force and physicians, including support for implants and follow-ups.
* Product Training: Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers on the use of CRM products.
* Clinical Study Support: Assist physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
* Collaborative Support: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, the FTE Coordinator, and the Clinical Department on various tasks and projects.
* Customer Engagement: Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
* Feedback Communication: Quickly relay feedback and information on supported implants and procedures.
* Event Participation: Perform booth duties at relevant events as required.
* Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Abbott Quality Procedures.
* Market Analysis: Generate concise reports on market trends and competitor activities for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and Regional Sales Managers.
* Competitor Insights: Provide marketing teams with detailed information on competitor devices.
Educational Requirements: Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a similar technical support role.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, stress resistance, and communication abilities.
This role requires a focus on the Nordest region, particularly Emilia Romagna. Candidates must be willing to fully relocate to this area. The initial contract is temporary for 1 year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.
