Job DescriptionJoin Electrolux Professional Group - asCOMMERCIAL TENDER SPECIALISTAbout The JobIn this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.ResponsibilitiesABOUT YOUR TASKSAnalysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal;Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders;Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders;Management and preparation of the final tender documents;Management and resolution of potential tender management issues;Analysis, management of contracts/subcontracts;Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer;Plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes;Ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification;Ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency;Ensure documentation update on the tender database;Ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time;Plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate mannerQualificationsABOUT YOUGraduation in legal or economic disciplinePrevious experience in tender managementExperience in management of supplier procurement portalsKnowledge of public procurement Italian regulationExperience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferredGood with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for analysis and presentation of dataFluent Italian is mandatory, good English will be considered a plusCustomer focusPro-active approachAbility to handle many contactsAnalytical and structured approachAbility to handle many simultaneous tasksHigh ability to prioritizeDriver in continuous improvementFacilitate cross-collaboration between different departmentAmbitious and target orientedSelf-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workloadTeam playerAdaptable, able to face changes with positive attitudePersuasive and influencing; capable negotiatorMust be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined resultsTime driven, excellent coordination and communication, reactivityReady to withstand the pressure and responsibilityProject planning and controlling skillsAnalytical skillsAdvanced presentation skillsWilling to travelRequired CompetencesCustomer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and externalTrustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
