About the role:
We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a position as Operations Investment Specialist. Reporting to the Operations Investment Manager within the Operations Development department, you will coordinate the definition of the Investments Plan and monitor the deployment of the planning in the various Plants, Supply Chain and other Operations entities of the Ferrero Group.
Main responsibilities:
As Operations Investment Specialist, you will contribute to the definition of the investment strategy for your area of responsibility and plan the Capex initiatives for the official Group planning scenarios in the short term (BDG, SAF, BEST ESTIMATE) and long term (STRATEGIC PLAN). You will act as a link between central and local functions, contributing to the definition of Capex planning guidelines for the Operations Direction, ensuring communication on Capex guidelines and deadlines.
One of your main tasks will be to monitor actual results and share them periodically with Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management. You will participate in the Area Industrial and Supply Chain Boards to share the Capex status and address messages to ensure the achievement of priorities. In addition, you will support the Operations Capex maneuvers by preparing ad hoc analysis and providing strategic insights.
Last but not least, you will guide Plants in adhering to the monthly Capex approval process, and organize periodic meetings to ensure alignment and proactively prevent issues, with the aim of optimizing capex with business priorities.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar path, in addition to your previous similar experiences (4-7 years) with a focus on the industrial/technical environment. Your ability as a good communicator both in Italian and English, your strong analytical skills and your passion for strategic analysis and forecast of investments will make you the perfect fit for this role, plus a good attitude for working in teams and coordinating different internal stakeholders.
