Description
St. Mark School (Venice) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate for an immediate opening for Front Office Manager to manage fast-paced daily operations of a Catholic elementary school in the heart of Venice.
Duties include:
1. Respond to email and phone communications with parents and other stakeholders.
2. Manage upkeep of copiers and ordering of supplies for the school community.
3. Co-manage the school information system maintaining absences and student records for the school.
4. Assist students’ needs in the building.
5. Manage enrollment data and forms for admitted and returning families.
6. Maintain records and generate report cards, student and teacher information, transcripts and student standardized testing records.
7. Assist in the start and end of school year routines, including updating rosters, records in the School Information System and generation of report cards.
8. Coordinate the school calendar with the school administration.
9. Be a point of contact for various vendors and suppliers for the school community.
10. Liaison with the parent association, the school administration, and the parish staff.

Additional requirements: Virtus Certified; Live Scan through ADLA; TB Neg. Test Result.

Immediate start is available to transition with outgoing office manager.
Wage Range:
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, and other department needs.
