HR Generalist (Maternity Leave Replacement)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR compliance, ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities in the absence of the permanent HR Generalist. You will partner with business leaders and employees to support organizational objectives and ensure HR processes run efficiently during the maternity leave period.
The role will report to CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Administration: Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, benefits contributions, and other payroll-related laws. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
* HR Operations: Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring all HR documentation is up-to-date. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns or conflicts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
* Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
* Data & Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management to track HR performance and inform decision-making.
* HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure legal compliance.
* HR Projects: Contribute to or lead HR projects to improve processes and enhance HR efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with employees at all levels.
* Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient with English language.
