We are looking for our production site in Aprilia (LT):
A Supply Chain Manager
As a member of the CODIR and reporting to the Site Director, your main missions are:
1. Supervise, manage and motivate the Logistics team staff (8 people).
2. Schedule production and coordinate logistics flows to ensure the best service rate for the customer.
3. Ensure the management of various stocks and inventories in a permanent search for optimization.
4. Provide customers and the company with reliable and relevant logistics information.
5. Promote efficient logistics concepts and develop methods for continuous improvement.
6. Deploy and animate SPRINT/TIMES in your field.
7. Manage the P10 process (supply chain component).
8. Take charge of missions or actions in your area of expertise according to the directives of your hierarchy and participate in the progress process within the factory.
Profile
With a higher education in Logistics, you have a solid command of the fundamentals of team management (mandatory), the principles of continuous improvement, problem-solving tools, as well as the use of SAP software.
You have significant experience in the automotive industry sector.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are able to collaborate effectively in a team within a demanding environment.
