Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Engineering department at the Cassina Rizzardi site and as Supervisor E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) will be responsible for:
* To manage and coordinate plant modification and/or contracting activities, collaborating with the project management office in the technical definition phase of new installations.
* To coordinate the intervention of external companies during the mounting phases, verifying and ensuring compliance with administrative and documentary aspects.
* To perform calibration of newly installed instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability for process control.
* To perform troubleshooting on plant issues applying Lean methodologies such as root cause analysis, proposing improvements to the plant and process efficiency.
* Responsible for drafting procurement specifications and requesting tenders for all electrical and instrumental plant supplies (valves, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.)
* To prepare specifications for instruments/packages to be managed via DCS, safety PLC or operational PLC.
* Collaborate in drafting procedures, operating instructions, reporting models and necessary actions to improve and standardize installation activities execution.
* Support the digitalization of the plant by scouting new technological solutions.
* The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma in Electronic/Electrotechnic or equivalent experience.
* Has held roles of supervision in maintenance E&I activities on automated plants for the chemical, food, Oil & Gas, Energy or Pharmaceutical industry for at least 5 years.
* Has experience in reference to power distribution infrastructure, safety (Relays, Safety PLC, DCS), process control with process instrumentation (process, temperature, flow, pH connected and DCS).
* Possesses knowledge of ATEX regulations and Machinery Directive, as well as workplace safety management in accordance with Decree Law 81/2008 and Decree Law 105/2015.
* Avoiding preferential knowledge of PLC programming languages.
* Possesses good English language skills.
* Completions the profile proactivity and team working capacity.
