We're expanding and need a driven Operations Manager to help steer our daily operations, support staff, and contribute to our ongoing success. This is an in-office leadership role, ensuring our agency runs smoothly every day while supervising and mentoring a team of sales and service representatives, both in office and remote. As our Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in staff development, sales support, and customer retention, allowing the agency owner to focus on strategic growth. Ensure smooth workflows across sales and service teams. Monitor KPIs (sales, retention, efficiency) and implement improvements. Manage carrier communications, compliance, and underwriting processes. Help drive sales goals (e.g., 50 auto items per month) by tracking performance. Provide hands-on coaching to help sales and service teams succeed. Develop customer retention strategies to boost renewals and referrals. Implement follow-up systems to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Staff Development & Training Train and mentor sales and service staff on best practices and efficiency. Reinforce agency culture: teamwork, accountability, and customer focus. Involvement in hiring decisions from day one, expanding the team as needed based on agency activity. Requirements 3-5 years of experience with Florida home insurance market. In-Office Commitment - Agency Hours are weekdays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Demonstrated leadership or team management experience. Proven track record in driving sales results, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support LSPs and CSRs effectively - both in office and remote. Hands-On, Results-Oriented Approach Ready to be a key player in agency growth.
