Seeking an experienced Project and Digital Marketing Manager with strong creative thinking skills and a keen eye for detail. Applicants should also have excellent project management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
Key Tasks Include:
* Developing creative strategies: Create strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
* Managing creative teams: Provide creative directions to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and videographers.
* Producing marketing assets: Oversee the production of marketing assets, such as digital advertisements, print materials, website content, and social media graphics.
* Demonstrate skillsets to create paid advertisements on Google and LinkedIn.
* Experience executing email campaigns through Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar platforms.
* Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Banner Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay Per Click (PPC).
* Ensuring brand consistency: Ensure that all marketing creative elements adhere to the brand guidelines.
* Proficient in data analytics such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
* Monitoring project timelines: Ensure that creative assets are delivered on time and on budget.
* Evaluating trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Assigning project workload: Assign project workload and supervise the department's daily workflow.
* Problem solving: Recognize issues and develop potential fixes.
