How you will contribute:
Engage with HNWI and UHNWI clients, building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their unique travel preferences
Act as a trusted consultant, providing exceptional client service before, during, and after the journey
Manage multicultural clients with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of global travel trends
Upsell and cross-sell luxury services, enhancing the client experience with personalized offerings
Design and curate bespoke luxury travel experiences, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of exclusivity
Collaborate with the Luxury Experience Designer to ensure that experiences match client expectations and are perfectly curated
Work closely with high-end partners, including luxury hotels, private chefs, and premium service providers, to craft unique and tailored experiences
Manage client communications and handle last-minute requests with a proactive and problem-solving approach
Stay informed about global luxury trends, new destinations, and high-profile events to proactively offer exclusive opportunities to clients.
Maintain and nurture relationships with VIP clients, fostering long-term engagement and loyalty
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge sales
Fluent proficiency in at least three languages, including Italian and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with VIP clients
Deep understanding of multicultural etiquette, preferences, and global travel trends, ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive client experience
Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to anticipate client needs and handle last-minute changes under pressure
Established network within the luxury travel and hospitality industry, including exclusive hotels, local experts, private experience providers, and a portfolio of private or B2B clients
Sales-driven mindset, experienced in upselling and cross-selling high-end services
Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring seamless service execution
Proficiency in CRM systems and travel booking platforms
Proactive, flexible, and client-oriented, with a strong team spirit and passion for luxury travel
