As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the VM Team within the following activities:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and present briefs to suppliers for POS materials such as trade activations (outposts, podiums, windows) according to brand strategies and guidelines.
Follow local production process with suppliers to ensure correct execution of in-store projects and HQ approval.
Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries
Support POSM forecasting and analysis
Report on competitive best practice
Manage and develop in-store materials for planned activities according to VM guidelines and in synergy with the trade team.
Be the main point of contact within the VM team for trade requests/needs
Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the sales
Store checks and presence during set up to ensure correct implementation
PROFILE :
Master's degree in marketing/ management/ design/ architecture or a related field
Passionate about the beauty and luxury market
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP will be considered a plus
Knowledge of space allocation/design software (Adobe, AutoCad, SKP) will be considered a plus
Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail is a must
Fluent in English
