Job Description: Responsible for supporting the efforts of the Field Service team. Drives profitability of the portfolio in the assigned geographic region. Provides training, education, troubleshooting, new account set-up assistance, and new Field Services Representatives (FSR) training. Assists management in driving business goals and may be involved in distributing scorecards, holding meetings, calls, and providing general support in driving the business goals within the territory. Educates clinics and office staff in the operation of DJO programs, products, and service integration. Responsibilities: Support the Field Service team in achieving profitability.
