Supervise all kitchen activities and replace the Chef when absent. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the kitchen staff, providing necessary feedback. Manage inventory, place orders, and inspect kitchen equipment. Train junior staff. Requirements: Previous experience in a 5 Luxury establishment in the same role. Previous experience in Michelin-starred establishments. Passion for cooking and creativity. Availability to work shifts. Leadership skills. Excellent organizational and precision skills.
