Your missions Lead the complete RFP lifecycle with Marketing and Procurement alignment Coordinate with vendors and organize solution demos and evaluations Define project scope, implementation plans and ensure on-time delivery Support contract finalization in collaboration with Procurement and Legal Maintain detailed documentation including KPIs, milestones, and platform architecture Facilitate communication and alignment across Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and IT stakeholders Drive Agile ceremonies and manage sprint priorities Monitor project risks and track financials, budgets and change requests in ServiceNow Ensure compliance with governance processes and maintain audit-ready documentation Map and manage the complete project timeline and key milestones Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster alignment across departments Manage and monitor large-scale project budgets and financial forecasts Your profile Experience with project management and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives Experience with RFP management in coordination with Procurement Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow) Experience with digital marketing or MarTech platforms (CDPs, CRMs, campaign tools) Experience with platform integration and vendor coordination Academic background: engineering schools or equivalent Fluent English and Italian You have an ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and communicate with clarity What we offer An international community bringing together 110 different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250 available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings etc.) Strong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program Remote policy: Possibility to work remotely from Italy Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
