What You’ll Do
* Payroll & Benefits Management
* Run full‑cycle payroll across multiple countries (Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Brazil)
* Ensure flawless payslips, contributions, reimbursements & administer stock‑option plans
* Master the Contract Life‑Cycle
* Draft, renew & archive employment contracts (full‑time, part‑time, freelance)
* Navigate cross‑border clauses and local compliance with ease
* Deliver a WOW Onboarding & Offboarding
* Welcome new hires with documentation, system setups & orientation
* Handle exit processes: severance, termination paperwork & exit interviews
* Compliance & Reporting
* Maintain audit‑readiness on labor law, GDPR & safety regulations
* Produce monthly People dashboards and in‑depth data reports
* Be Our People Workflow Architect
* Streamline processes, remove bottlenecks & champion digital tools (Factorial)
* Respond promptly to employee requests and service‑desk tickets
Who You Are
* Experience: 3+ years in People Operations, preferably in a startup/scale‑up
* Education: Degree in Law or Economics
* Languages: Fluent English; bonus for French, German, Spanish or Portuguese
* Tech‑Savvy: Advanced Excel & People systems (HRIS)
* Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
* Stock‑Option Expert: Proven experience managing employee stock‑option plans
* Data‑Driven:Translate People KPIs into actionable plans
* People‑First:Treat colleagues as internal “customers” and deliver excellent service
* Agile & Adaptable: Quickly adjust to evolving priorities
