Social Media Representative-Italian Speaker in Greece (w/ Relocation Package)

Responsibilities:
* Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
* Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.
* Support the company’s mission by prioritizing the community’s well-being.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
* Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
* Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
* Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
* Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Experience:
* Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
* High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
* Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:
* EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
* High school diploma.
* Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
* 5 working days of training.
* Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
* Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus.
