We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our IT department. The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of English language.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
