Salary: $50,000 + 20% Bonus Potential

Location Manager Description
Our client, a wholesale distribution supplier, is seeking a manager to oversee their facility near Eustis, FL. In this role, you will manage daily site operations, ensuring high customer service standards, efficient staff scheduling, and operational compliance. You will interact directly with customers (primarily contractors), lead your team by example, and maintain assets and inventory for the location. Qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of sales management experience overseeing 2 or more employees, experience monitoring and analyzing sales data such as KPIs, sales goals and trends. Prior experience working with contractors or in wholesale supplies or equipment will be essential for understanding customer needs and terminology. Location Manager Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations and staff to meet business objectives
• Schedule and train staff (3-4 employees) to ensure operational coverage and efficiency
• Address customer inquiries and assist with product selection and delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide excellent service
• Manage inventory and safeguard assets, including equipment and cash
• Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of branch staff
• Monitor and report location performance to the Area Site Manager
• Identify and resolve personnel issues per company policy
Location Manager Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales management (2+ employees) experience required
• Experience monitoring and analyzing sales data (KPIs, sales goals/trends) required
• Experience working with contractors or wholesale supplies/equipment required
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software required
