Your Opportunity: Operating for Alexander McQueen RTW & SA categories and reporting to the RTW & SA Operations Director, you will be managing all activities related to bulk production from the Purchasing of Raw Materials (fabrics & trimmings) to the launch of Production orders till the deliveries of Finished Products to distribution warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete bulk production process, from Raw Material Purchasing to Planning and Production Control.
2. Create and define the internal seasonal planning calendar to ensure KPI achievement involving all related departments.
3. Coordinate the production allocation process considering capacity, quality, costs & lead-times.
4. Define the Master Production Plan with related internal teams.
5. Master the vendor portfolio and develop strong partnerships with external partners for Raw Material and Finished Goods.
6. Lead and develop the Raw Material Purchasing team, Planning team, and Production Control Team.
7. Define and monitor bulk production KPIs and related reporting.
8. Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated desired Alexander McQueen behaviours.
2. Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the Fashion Industry.
3. Experience as a people manager.
4. Degree in Engineering or Economics.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
7. High analytical skills.
8. Fluent in English and Italian.
9. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Stealth, SAP, and Production Management systems is desired.
