Job Description Role Purpose Customer Marketing Specialist provides analytics support to Sandoz internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. This profile supports and facilitates data enabled decision making for Sandoz internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. The role requires to support GBS-GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, to support team lead in all business related tasks, building process documentation and knowledge repositories. CMS is an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials. Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create and deliver customer requirements as per agreed SLAs. Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services. Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order as well as on-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines. Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative reports. Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions. Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: Previous experience as Sales in Healthcare (at least 1 year), with a specific knowledge of the target (Pain/Cardio). English and Italian: proficient. University degree in a scientific field (biotechnologies, pharmacy and similar).
