As our Master Brand Manager, you will contribute to nurture, evolve and protect the Master Brand by keeping it fresh, attractive, unique and original over time, consistently with the Davines Brand values themselves. What You Will Do Strategy Key contributor to the Master Brand strategy and its deployment; Key contributor to the execution of actions agreed during Master Brand Board by leading and coordinating the Creative, Communication and Sustainability Teams; Contribute to steer and influence the evolution of the Master Brand by capturing the most significant trends and evolution of customer behaviour; Owner of the Master Brand Manual, which is composed as follows: Brand identity book; Brand guidelines; Social media guidelines; Digital advertising guidelines; Master Brand related content creation To manage the key Master Brand tools: Sustainable Beauty Manifesto; Master Brand Manual; Brand video; Other possible brand tools. Develops in synergy with Creative, Communication and Sustainability departments the creation of the Master Brand related content, also with reference to specific communication topic / initiatives (e.g. BCorp; Sustainability pillars; scientific communication, etc…) Communication Manages the key Master Brand communication campaigns lead by Marketing; Manages in salon communication initiatives to "own the salon" (Master Brand in salon communication); Takes care of the realization of other brand communication materials, coordinating the contribution of the Categories (salon presenter); Coordinates in synergy with, and under Creative's Department guidance, the realization of retail concept and its execution, whether in department stores or in salons. Education Leads the Education about Master brand preparing adequate materials and taking part if/when needed to Sales Academy. Who You Are Fluent/Proficient in Italian and English; Sound cultural background; Passionate about research; Brings a creative mindset and strong conceptual understanding; High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multifunctional team; Clear and concise communication skills; Strong and confident leadership; Ability to represent the Brand and the Company towards the whole Davines Community (inside and outside the Organization); Deep and intimate understanding of the Davines brand; Excellent level of digital skills.
