Role Description To support our global growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle complex projects in the fields of exhibition setups, temporary architecture, and retail. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating assignments, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of projects, from assignment to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate various operational phases, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Draft and monitor project schedules, optimizing resources and activities. Supervise assembly and disassembly of setups, ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements. Manage technical and contractual documentation, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations. Monitor project performance, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop proposals and estimates aligned with client needs. Coordinate suppliers and local/international work teams, addressing any operational challenges. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in exhibition setups, temporary architecture, or retail. Fluent knowledge of English (C1 or higher); knowledge of a second language is a plus. Advanced Project Management skills, with expertise in methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile. Excellent budget management and cost control skills. Knowledge of logistics and assembly dynamics related to international events. Ability to coordinate multicultural teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility and availability to travel, including internationally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving orientation, and negotiation skills.
