Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, is currently recruiting for a CRM Operator. The role is crucial to our Global Field Force & Customer Engagement Systems structure and Implementation & Adoption Team.
The CRM Operator will serve as the CRM subject-matter expert and point of contact for all system users. They will lead efforts in continued education and support, ensuring data quality and integrity, improving knowledge base, safeguarding adherence to Global processes, and assisting in resolving system-related issues.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
* Be an advocate for the CRM platform.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing across regional teams and countries.
* Lead communication for platform and process changes.
* Draft documentation (mainly in English) illustrating how to use the CRM system, transferring policies and best practices for consistent usage.
* Prepare user guides, training materials, or video tutorials to explain specific system functionalities.
* Organize and hold training sessions on processes to increase efficiency of usage.
* Cooperate in implementing the CRM system in new countries/companies.
* Plan the roll-out of new modules in affiliates.
* Assist CRM end-users in their daily operations.
* Able to assist in troubleshooting ad hoc issues.
* Escalate recurring technical issues to the relevant support team.
* Represent process and platform improvements with the development area, collecting countries' specific needs.
* Support Italian affiliates, cooperating with them for system data maintenance.
Job Requirements
* University degree with a preferable scientific background.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Good knowledge of Google Suite and Office Suite applications.
* Basic knowledge of SQL language.
* Knowledge of SalesForce.com applications highly appreciated.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to manage several projects at one time with clear identification of priorities.
* Proactive attitude to drive projects to completion, spirit of initiative.
* Strong communication properties and interpersonal skills.
