Who We Are Looking For
For our Kappa outlet store in Palmanova Outlet Village we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant.
As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.
Key Responsabilities
Supporting the customer in the sale;
Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;
Managing cashier operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
Initial placement on a fixed term contract, full time (40 hours per week).
