Payroll Project Manager / Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced self-starter Program Manager/Business Analyst with expertise in system management, payroll, and time management processes. This role will manage the operational support of our payroll and time management systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT project management. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of payroll and time management systems. Coordinate with stakeholders to address operational issues and improvements. Procure and manage suppliers for external operational support or project delivery. Act as the primary IT liaison for payroll and time management-related initiatives. Analyze business processes and system capabilities, recommending improvements. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and defect resolution. Ensure data integrity by overseeing system audits and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs. Support incident management and problem resolution for payroll and time management-related issues. Develop and analyze business cases for new initiatives and system enhancements. Provide technical guidance and support for system upgrades and optimizations. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 10 years of experience as a Program Manager/Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in payroll and time management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of IT best practices in cloud-based ERP solutions. Preferred: Experience in global deployments and supporting multi-country configurations. Knowledge of security roles, business process framework, and data governance. Familiarity with IT compliance, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.
