Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee high-priority projects requiring significant resources and functional integration.
* Support sales during bid phases and manage project portfolios from handover to warranty phase.
* Lead project teams, partner coordination, and working groups.
* Support customers throughout project phases and identify opportunities for improved project margins and customer satisfaction.
* Develop project schedules, action plans, and control budgets/spending in terms of hours and money.
* Manage project deliverables and take charge of hardware deliveries congruently with project scope.
Requirements:
* Degree in industrial or management engineering or economics; a CAMP or PMP certification is considered valuable.
* 3-4 years of experience in lifecycle and project management techniques.
* Knowledge of general conditions of railway contracts.
* Experience with project scheduling tools and maintenance environments.
* Strong systems analysis skills and cross-functional team management experience.
* Ability to identify priorities, manage risks, and make decisions under pressure.
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and people management skills in a multicultural environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
* Availability for short-term travel if required.
